A day at Westfield Chermside
Before I was all ready for Katy Perry I had a lot of help from the lovely staff from Chermside Westfield. I was looked after so well and had an amazing stylist Annabelle who in just a few hours helped me find the perfect outfit to meet Katy in.

I was then off to a delicious lunch at the Gallery Cafe where mum and I shared a chicken pizza and a pasta dish.
Next in line for the princess was make up and nails by Mecca Maxima. The lovely ladies there did a gorgeous job of my make up and nails. I went for soft pink nails and a natural makeup with smoky eye and pink lips. When I was getting my make up done the lovely Caitlin and Sam came with my balloons, cake and gift bag for my finishing chemo party the following day. They went above and beyond my expectations with this and I can't thank them enough!
Getting pampered at Mecca
I bought my black tule skirt from Kittem D'amour, my top from Events, my shoes from Wittner, my head wrap from David Jones and my earrings from Louvisa.

After all my pampering was done I was off to the luxurious Rydges on Southbank. Here we were shown to our lovely room which was so much nicer to be in than our current unit. I had the whole soft queen bed to myself. I had to quickly get changed into my purchases and we were off in the car to the entertainment centre. It was about 4:45 when the hail hit. We were driving into the complex in hail and rain, it was a bit scary but we made it out unscathed. Katy was a pleasure to meet and so genuine. We went back to Rydges at 1:00 singing Katy songs all the way there. It was a fantastic day and I would like to thank all who made it possible.
The Rydges do the best hot chocolates and buffet breakfast!
hope you enjoy the pictures
